Mites? Or just paranoid

  1. Hi experienced growers. Please put your eyes on my new clones. These were rooted clones I bought and transplanted yesterday night so about 18h ago. The clone provider wasn’t especially careful with them but there were no obvious defects with them. Is this blistering? I’ve read this can be a symptom of mites. I’ve got good eyes and looked very closely under these bright lights and saw nothing, no mold, no bugs of any kind, maybe a little nutrient burn at the tips of these leaves. I know the leaves should not be shiny, no taco-ing, be consistent color and pretty smooth in texture. I know the first few days after transplant can be problematic. Is there anything wrong with these or am I being paranoid?

This is happy frog soil with perlite added, under Phlizon 3000 COBs with COBs on only at 36”. Lux is about 42,000. Temp is 78deg, rh 65%.

    Thanks in advance

  2. Cool. That’s one vote for “you’re paranoid”. That’s easier to deal with than mites.

  3. I hear that :)

  4. Thanks for this. This is the article I read that made me a little paranoid. If this looks like broad mite damage, let me know. The rest of the plant looks fine. Just a couple of spots of this irregularity in leaf shape.
