Ok im a home grower and smoker and ive heard dozens of different laws and such about marijuana.. i have also done my research and not found anything about growing it. other than the .. duh jail. but what are the literal amounts and the fines and all the laws and regulations for marijuana in ms.? anybody.?
hello from the hill country. if you're smoking personal stash you're gonna get a ticket for 150 bucks first offense if its 30 grams or less if they bust you. if its in the car (after a pick up), make sure its in the trunk or you might lose your license. all plants are a felony charge last i checked. i think they go lenient on 1-4. anything over 4 is a few years on the farm.
