If there is already a topic, I didn't know about it. Any misanthropes here? Or even those with misanthropic tendencies. I honestly believe my misanthropy is the best policy, I also believe misanthropy to be a nirvana attained only through ones expriences I don't believe you can be born a misanthrope. Only through living can you develop a distrust, distaste or plain hatred for humanity. Seeing peoples flaws and avoiding them allows me to make clear decisions based on facts and not my own feelings. I also firmly believe in truth above all and cannot except god without seeing and hearing him. I am usually miserable but this stems from loosing the perfect girl and from the fact that I feel alone and like nobody except her truely understood how I feel. I also believe firmly in a quote I read somewhere that said something like I hate mankind/ humanity but I whoel heartedly love john, peter ect. This brings me to the next point, I hate almost everyone but there are good people, just very few. I am cynical too, I can't look at a couple without guessing when they'll break up and I am usually right too, which is sad because the stupid reasons for breaking up only reinforce my misanthropy and cynicism. My misanthropy is greatly evidenced by the things I've seen and done. I have never felt like I belonged, I just knew I didn't. I made friends if and when I could be bothered. I kinda fell in with the stoners due to their general lack of malice and clear views on things. They will criticise you minus the one-upmanship (which I am really good at) they don't try to be popular or fit in. They just put the world to right spliff by spliff. Once I tried bud it never left me, I am misanthropic but I do enjoy socialising for a smoke or two but only with friends I deem worth my time. I also wanted to say that my misanthropy is only how people have made me. I rarely see any good in them or some sort of twisted morality they claim to have. Human kind lie, cheat, rape, murder, destroy. Humanity is good for nothing. If there is a god I'd like to personally give him a simon cowell style critique. Hopefully I could get him to push the ole' universal ctrl alt delete. Or maybe I should just press escape. I don't wanna be part of your sick panto. So you guys? Whats your misanthropy? Misanthrope here! ...the world just pisses me off! LOL, but...I've learn to laugh about it....I just stay the hell away from everyone.
Your good. But on the real, people are what bothers me. Their innability to be honest and tendency to step on the heads of their fellow man to get what they want. Oh an another thing you cannot be a misanthrope without hating yourself, I believe, because after all as much as I try to be different I am what I most hate. Anymore cryptogasms for me?
