I am a senor in high school right now. I have been playing football for all 4 years and i was always a very tough and strong kid, but also light and not bulky. Plus i played linebacker all 4 years. Started outside linebacker junior and senor year on varsity. I started smoking occasionally junior year and more heavily senor year. I got injured junior year (broke my hand) kept me out for a while. I was always a good played finished up senor with with my best game. I will always love it but i think i am done with football. i took a month long tbreak and started working out and taking protein. i was weighing 158 lbs. then about a month passes and i start smoking more and more and before working out. i bought some great supplements. i eat as healthy as i can and i eat a bunch of food. now (2months from starting to workout) im 175lbs. over 15 lbs weight gain in 2 months. i am really muscular and get complemented all the time for me looking a lot more muscular. i still barely have any fat on me. i wanna do this for the rest of my life! i am going to be huge in a year. i will stick with this. All of my weights have gone way up and everything is great right now and is still improving. I also want to input that smoking before is great. i vaporize though. and i work my ass off at the gym and have great stamina and strength.
all i have to say is vaporization is best. i vaporize daily still in tremendous shape for intercollegiate soccer.... weed is separate from other goals in life for me. wanting sometihng is wanting something weed doesn't change that
i wouldnt recommend smoking weed if you want to seriously train. it takes a mentally tough person to have a good sleeping regiment and clean diet while smoking
I mean, I can't workout high or train high... I could but it wouldn't be nearly as efficient or effective that's why I train in the morning / afternoon then toke up and spend the rest of my day high
I do BJJ all the time high. Makes me more creative when rolling. I don't weight train high though. EDIT: sativa only when rolling

hes just saying if your really serious about athletic pursuits then you'll give up marijuana before working out, and hes right.

Edit: just reread and realize that he meant smoking before working out, I think, not just giving up smoking in general. Which yes I personally agree with since I can't really do it, but it might work for some idk a few people say they enjoy it and get better work in.
I love doing cardio when Im baked but for some reason I cant lift as much weights.. so on lifting days I wait and smoke after but if Im gonna do just cardio then Ill smoke before and after
Smoking before training is not helpful. It may seem like it to some but it actually causes you to not encorporate near the same amount of muslce fibers as being sober.
Man I can workout drunk, and while on unmentionables, but whenever I smoke weed I'm not in the mood, I just want to chill.
took yesterday off and I'm coincidentally out of tree... woke up today with a sore throat entire body aching... i need my medicine. off to the clubs I go today
