I am a senor in high school right now. I have been playing football for all 4 years and i was always a very tough and strong kid, but also light and not bulky. Plus i played linebacker all 4 years. Started outside linebacker junior and senor year on varsity. I started smoking occasionally junior year and more heavily senor year. I got injured junior year (broke my hand) kept me out for a while. I was always a good played finished up senor with with my best game. I will always love it but i think i am done with football. i took a month long tbreak and started working out and taking protein. i was weighing 158 lbs. then about a month passes and i start smoking more and more and before working out. i bought some great supplements. i eat as healthy as i can and i eat a bunch of food. now (2months from starting to workout) im 175lbs. over 15 lbs weight gain in 2 months. i am really muscular and get complemented all the time for me looking a lot more muscular. i still barely have any fat on me. i wanna do this for the rest of my life! i am going to be huge in a year. i will stick with this. All of my weights have gone way up and everything is great right now and is still improving. I also want to input that smoking before is great. i vaporize though. and i work my ass off at the gym and have great stamina and strength.
