    Does anyone know if in Massachusetts a minor can be arrested for possesion under and oz or paraphernalia?

    You mean getting arrested for having porn on you? Idk... I never carried porn with me, I'd never try to eek one out in a public bathroom. Or is that some new weed strain I ain't heard of? If so, yes you will likely get arrested. Also, you have to be 18 to be on this site.

    never stated i was under 18 I'm just wondering since it's not really outlined in the laws.

    I feel like most cops would just write a minor a ticket and confiscate it. Hopefully someone sees this who has first hand knowledge
