Minnesota legalization may be on the way

Prohibition never works. It only creates a thriving black market for whatever banned item the .gov thinks it needs to save you from be it Sex, Drugs or Rock & Roll.
Did .gov learn anything from the failed attempt of the 18th amendment?






Didn't damn well work then and it sure as hell isn't working now.

California opened the door with Proposition 215 clear back in 1996. Suddenly all I had to do was walk into a run down shabby half closed medical building that had seen better days a half century ago. Tell my tale of woe to a semi defrocked Doctor who had also seen better days. Pay $35 dollars and leave with my recommendation in hand and walk next door to a weed shop and buy any number of a dazzling array of Cannabis goodies from Buds to Hash to brownies to Sodas all infused with Cannabis. Not only that but that slip of paper let me grow as well.

and then in 1937 the enforcers of all that alcohol prohibition had had enough of sitting around with no thing to enforce .... cannabis plant had been a target since around 1920 as the Ruler of Egypt around that time wanted to stop imports of Hashish from Egypt to America etc... so the idea started to ban cannabis ... in order to do it without delay a constitutional amendment was not even made for the ban ... congress made up a word " marijuana" and then placed the ban on that .. only a select few elected officials even knew that that marijuana was supposed to be cannabis plant ( Indian Hemp plant) and everyone else even Hemp farmers of the time had no idea that their hemp was suddenly banned and prohibited .. so basically everyone in America became instant criminals as banning plants from them is an impossible feat and even while walking around, the people are tripping over plant life everywhere .... OG founding fathers are like WTF ?? ban plants ?? Who the F came up with that type of Shit ... well previous alcohol enforcers with no job did . the GOV
