Minnesota Grow

  1. I got my camera to work but today its been raining so i'll try to get pics of them tommorrow. There are currently 3 with 1 germinating. They are planted in the woods behind my house. How do you post the pics?
     
  2. w00t a fellow minnesota grower, hopefully the weeks frost didn't hurt your babies, what are ya growin? and where are you located (like county)? i myself is a Plymouth grower , just like AA
     
  3. I am in Scott county. They handeled the frost preety well because i put my ghillie suit over them which is well camoflouged and keeps in the warmth very well. Do you know how to post pics?

    Save your photos to your harddrive then click on 'manage attachments' below.
    Click the 'browse' button, then look for the photo you want to upload, double click it and it will be ready to upload. You can upload 5 photos per thread - check the size of your photo, there's a max file size. Click the 'upload' button and thats it.

    Look forward to seeing them, happy growing...........

  6. now my plants......
    1.by farthest one along but look at the leave on the right. It has some small holes in it. Does anyone know what could of caused this?
    2. my second best
    3. my mutant, the seed coat stayed on for a while. It still seems to be still growing though.

  7. looks nice. how old are they? mine are about 2 weeks and look about the same, but i think their growing slow.
     
  8. they are three weeks old. Mine grow slow bacause it still isn't that warm up here.

  10. This is the only fertilizer i have for my plants so can someone tell me.......
    1. When should i start using this?
    2. How much should i put on each of my plants?
    3. How often should i put that amount on the plants?
    4. How will this help my plants?

  11. Nice job on the plant armor :) Hopefullt one of the outside growers can correct me but I think nothing attracts critters to dig up your plants more than bloodmeal. They think something dead is burried there. I had a neighbior who grew veggies and she told me that was a problem with bloodmeal.
     
  12. the seed that i am currently germinating never germinated. So i am going to get 5 seeds from a friend this weekend.
     

  13. HIGH All, fish Fertilizer is a good critter attracter..The thing with Bloodmeal is you need other organic Ferts. Here's some good recipes you can consider.
     
  14. yeah...cool greenhouses.....soil looks good,dunno tho,you need to be there to tell....and you could always make tea out of it at the appropriate time....cant suggest alternatives,i dunno what youve got around you....good chart btw uni...i wondered what to do with the 20 tons of horse crap i got in my mucklump....;) :D
     
  15. 1. this is my dog and today we had to put her down. She was 15.
    2. This is one of my plants and could anyone tell me what could be doing this to it. This is the only plant that has this.

  16. The seeds are still on the way and these are new pick of my plants.
    1. It still seems to be growing but has a bent stem.
    2. this one i think looks the best.
    3. this is the biggest and is the first to have 5 leaves.

  20. This is my second plant that has gotten eaten. I know we have deer in the woods so can someone help me keep them away before my other plants are gone too! What repels deer?
    1.the way i found it earlier today
    2. now only 1 of my two plants. (i have six germinating but hopefully even more on the way.)
