anyone have any recommendations or ideas about the minimum amount of led light to keep a plant that uses the sun for most of her light from flowering.

I am currently looking at either

24 Ultra Premium LED Do-It-Yourself Retrofit Kit (non-dimmable)
12 Ultra Premium LED Do-It-Yourself Retrofit Kit (non-dimmable)

then choosing all blue leds (blue is for vegging apparently)(not worried about flowering since I can use the sun for that)
There will be a maximum of 3 plants under the lights and it needs to be led cause heat will be a problem.

  2. (q) What is the minimum amount of led light to prevent flowering?

    (A) 3-5 luman per square foot, that is 3-5 candels per square foot,... better to use a 14w CFL, to prevent flowering
