Depends on how small, but that is the idea in SOG, flower it almost imediately and you get a 1/4-1/2 ounce per plant but since they can be in tiny pots, you can grow ALOT of them in the same space as 4 monsters in 5 gallon pots. LST and topping,etc will help more if allowed to veg and recover.
