Hey guys, my name's Phil and I'm excited to start and participate in some discussions and the exchance of knowledge. I am officially a grower since like 2 years now. Took me quite a few years to start because I never wanted to grow big. I don't have that much of space, no yard and I've always wanted it to be really lowkey. I discovered a european manufacterer called Bonsanto and they focus on a mini-grow-box. They basically fit a whole indoor grow box in a hard suit case which is pretty cool.. light, filtration, vent, scrog, all it needs. Did a few grow's with that already and it works. It's small and yield is up to 40G's (depends on the box's size) but it fits everywhere in case you have just a small apartment. It doesn't smell, you can't suspect anything. This box actually made me get into growing. Sorry, dont wanna go too much into here. Just happy to be here and excited to see sum other growing methods. Wish you all the best! See ya around!
Glad you like it, however there are cheaper set ups that will yield way more. Personally I wouldn't recommend those grow boxes due to lack of space and the small yields.
Always open to new stuff. Can you name an alternative? Cuz I been looking for a long time, even gave up searching. Till I found these suit cases.
Really depends on how much free space you have available. A 3ftx3ftx6ft grow tent will fit in a number of spaces. Even a 2x2 with one plant in it could put out 120 grams without much trouble. Those grow boxes limit what one can do....a lot, but since you already have it and its working, maybe stick with that for now and maybe plan out a list of equipment you would like to acquire over time to build yourself a better setup. I'm not sure about the legal status over there for growing...but i'm guessing it's a no-no, so I get why discretion is important. 40g per harvest is no good for me, but if it's working for you great, if not, a good light and tent is probably what you're going to want to eventually look into.
