bump bump! so anyone able to ID whats up with the church for me? I've been researching balls to the wall, I'm on the fence, thirps maybe? i hope not, if so Montgomery spray? Got my clone work back in order, got some sweet organic soil for under 15$ rooting straight into that using an old egg carton(not what you think its plastic not those old paper ones). the clones are dippedi n Hormex for about a minute before planting and they are sprayed every 12 hours. rooting takes quite some time, about three weeks, ratio's are less then perfect, out of 6, 4 died before week 2, a week later one more was dead and one had rooted. However the one that rooted is a fucking tank. I've decided, im gonna try this route a few times, its cheap, easy, and tho the rooted clones are few they seem strong. I have one church clone in there(the fridge) on day 11 three new nodes, the things doing really good. dude on a side note Erich Von Daniken is on T.V. and its really good, always been a believer but this is like a two hour doco, so much "evidence". I eat that alien shit up. ( I also play MORPGs so i mean,...you can see the extent of my nerdhood). someone please shoot me some feedback on thsoe pics from before tho (Scroll ^ a handful of posts)
im no good at identifying probs like this but i wish you the best of luck. hopefully you can get it solved w/o much damage if any also i just harvested finally and have dried everything in my mini-fridge. got approx 40 grams from her. mor detailed report and pics in my journal
SO hacked up church to removed as much affected leaf tissue as i could find, sprayed all the plants with Monterey spray (spinosad based insecticide) and all seems well stay tuned for more updates
So my apologies to everyone who is searching for pictures of grows past... yes my friends you have not grown delusional, many of the images in this thread have been deleted, they were great grows, and i'll never forget them,... but i think it's time that we, see other grows. They have no hard feelings so none of you have to feel bad about dumping them, besides now you get that new grow porn, mary jane is a kinky one,... the new space is a little crammed for now, with the extra height i plan on letting them grow up a bit and relax on the bonsai. hey, ive been reading this thread for a while now(been sitting in front of my comp for 2 hours hah). i was just wondering if this minifridge grow would work in a dorm room, or if the smell would render it impossible. another question just out of curiosity-do you have two fridges goin at the same time, one with a veg cycle and the other with a flower cycle? or are u growing everything under the same light?

Secondly get a carbon scrubber going, i'd suggest looking through the threads here on GC many good scrubber DIY's and reviews, again depending on budget. Unfortunately all is not well,... as usual Big Bang is giving me shit, does anyone have experience with this strain? since sprout it hes been a pain in the ass in comparison to everything else, however it's still alive so that's a plus. Anyway, Big Bang was suffering extreme nute burns and died off a bit during the move, got it here re-potted it it came around and then went crazy deficient within a matter of days,... it's not an impossible plant it just seems fairly more sensitive then some of the other plants i've worked with. stay tuned pc
So here we are "Training Day" where we separate the girls from the women,... these lovely ladies have been with me 255 days(roughly 3/4yr.) and have gotten quite bushy, so with the assistance of ms. twine i have trained them all down before... after... And the legendary fridge,... We are on day 21 since first pistils were apparent on all plants. It's a mix of White Widow and Great White Shark with a single Church and an El Nino thrown in for good measure Soil in pots about the size of a solo beer pong cup being fed once every other week with 1 TBS Fox Farm Tiger Bloom, 1 TBS Bio-Bloom, 1 TBS Thrive-Alive B1 and 2 TBS molasses. here's a quick series in no particular order,... snoogens,... thanks homie just reviewed your whole thread, really bomb set up. Unfortunately, I don't have enough space to build something that intricate, however I too will be upgrading sometime early next spring/summer. looking into a 2X2X6(split 60/40 vertically into mom and flower boxes) set up, but for that i need a good scrubber and fan, that'll be nearly 100 clones at a time, id imagine really smelly.
You could do rather nicely with a 400W light in a cool tube in that space. I would suggest 2 plants ScrOG in it. That was going to be the size of the box originally but we decided to upgrade so we would have enough smoke for both me and my brother. For your fan I would suggest the one that I have. Only cost me $80 and then about $14 to ship it. If you want more details on it let me know and I'll get them to ya.

These post get burried quick in the journal section eh? anyone else got some advice? my plants seem a little N defficient despite large feedings, this never presented itself as a problem before and i'v had four seasons now, this is the first time my flowers have started to yellow so soon normally they look like this around week 9,... here is is merely week 3,... 7 weeks left... pretty pumped,... secondly I have taken a few White Widows and been trimming sun leaves, leaving them on the others,... obviously the results are pretty straight foward, the ones with big sunleaves have bigger buds but are deficient the one with cut leaves have smaller buds, closer together and are not deficient, I'm curious to see if they ever catch up in yield. pc y'all. as always any response/constructive criticism is embraced and encouraged!
Yes they do. There are a lot of people on here updating quite frequently. Not a bad thing just can be hard to get people to see your sometimes, especially when your having trouble. If they continue to show N def I would slowly try and keep bumping the nutes. You still have plenty of time left.
So it has been about a week since that last feeding and although I was committed to only feeding 5 times, or once every other week, I gave em some more nutes. the page prior has a pic. that demonstrates the symptoms I describe,... They are about 50/50 as far as nute def. and not nute def. however it doesn't seem to be a specific pattern. This is the first time I have not applied any pruning during flower so could these large fan leaves just die and fall off naturally? The rest of the growth seems nice and rich in chlorophyll. nice green pigment, just the lowest and biggest fan leaves. my room smells like someone hit a skunk family with a skunk capturing company's truck, full of skunks. it seems to stay in one room and not linger around the house and numerous of my family and acquaintances have been by and not mentioned a thing, even after I asked in some cases. I saw someone make one out of a coffee can,... pretty sweet idea! I'm gonna be implementing a similar device soon just need to get a good blower. Anyone got some other good suggestions on reliable quite blowers? they need not be very large max. of maybe 300-400 CFM although larger is OK, budget is a factor however not something a few weeks of saving wont remedy. thanks in advance for any help!

Sweet fan homie! def gonna look into it. Jacked up my feeding to: (1 TBS)Tiger Bloom, (1 TBS) Bio-bloom, (2 tsp) Thrive-Alive B1 organic, and (2 TBS) Molasses. I fed them last week a much weaker formula that I had been feeding for a while, however I figured with the impending nute def. a double feeding would be ok this once. The clones have been rooted for 65 days, 12/12 for 50 and, flowering for the past 21 days they have been fed bloom mix 3 times since the 12/12 switch. the first two feedings were a meager 1 tsp of both Tiger Bloom and Bio Bloom. two weeks later it was stepped up to 1 TBS Tiger Bloom, with 2 tsp bio-bloom, as the deficiencies seemed to spread higher and higher I figured a back to back feeding was in order. XD 6 weeks left till harvesting my sea!!!! went through my journal,... The IRL journal not my cyber journal. I've had 5 separate harvests around 20 plants,.. yielded about 4 oz. I wouldn't say that it's anything amazing but it has to be some sort of testament to CFL flowering. Pc
Sry bout pic quality, The clones are sucking the life outta those big leaves and as a result they are falling off in a slow progression, losing maybe 3-4 leaves a night total, with 15 plants in there it's not like I'm worried about it.
