Dear Fiskers, Can you make teflon coated nonstick micro tip scissors please? mike.. just sent this submission to fiskers feedback dept.. Here in California I'm sure you understand we buy a great deal of your micro tip trimming scissors, as they are the best on the market.. I would like to offer a suggestion as I am running into problems with mine, they are getting sticky and gummed up from using them.. Is there a way to make a teflon coated non stick tip or blade on the micro tip model? I would think this idea could bring in alot of money from my area next year and I'm sure many other areas, as well.. Please keep me in mind if this idea goes anywhere and your feedback would be greatly apreciated, thank you.. mike
Dear Fiskers, Can you make teflon coated nonstick micro tip scissors please? mike..
Patient that shit. I need about 10 pairs. Let me know when they are ready.
hows that trim pro workin for you norcal?
Bomb. Between the trim pro and the trim Reaper I should have all the tops done today. The best part is it works so fast and easy my wife loves running it. She just break all the branches down and throws them in 4 min later boom. Done. The trim pro took the tip of her finger off. She was not very happy about that. Also I love waking up in the morning and all the weed chunks have worked there way out of my eyes and are crusted to my face.
yes we lost a finger tip last year as well haha, just a couple nicks this year.. I need a reaper bad as fuck we are fine tuning with scissors.. yesterday we started doing the headband and scissors fuckin gummed up after every bud trimmied.. gotta have one guy just to keep scissors clean and sharp..
Had the same problem with a couple of my stickier strains seemed like every other bud I was scraping off the scissor hash and then dipping into a veggie oil and rubbing alcohol mix that cleans and lubes the scissors every time. Next year I'm springing for the twister for four grand best machine as it doesn't beat up shit like the trim pro not a big fan of those. Rolling tunnel machines are much more gentle and do a more thorough job my buddy last year was doing seven pounds in a day easy with it and no touch up required they looked nice.
So that's what mj aficionados mean by sea of green. Those plants look majestic. You must be thankful for the great climate in your area and being able to grow in proximity to your home. Great gardening skills Mike.
oh ya nikki from fiskers sounds cool! Hi Michael, Thank you for contacting Fiskars. Yes, we are aware that California is a big fan of our scissors for a particular market. If you don't already know...a little dab of oil will work wonders as an adhesive remover AND it will also help your scissors from rusting. I use just regular cooking oil to clean my scissors. We do have a Teflon coating on some of our products...but it hasn't made it yet to the spring action microtips. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. We appreciate you choosing Fiskars.
Ayyyyy Mike, great grow this year...pleasure to watch. I'm still trying to crack the 1.5 lb/plant goal and it's crazy to watch ya'll going 3/4/5 lbs/plant. Anyhoo this is food safe teflon spray that i've used on some of my table saw blades...worked like a champ for that-maybe for scissors too. Have a great weekend man.
