i got caught with a baggy at school and they can charge you with possesion if it has any residue in it
I live in the dorms. At my school the RA's cannot enter your room unless you open the door when they knock, they will ask if they can come in and you can say that they can or can't. Depending on how cool the RA is, they will either scan the fuck out of your room to see if you have anything illegal out in the open, especially alcohol and weed or just talk to you straight up, those ones don't like the paperwork . Campus police however can enter without your permission and search your stuff.
Ok....Wait.....So...Lemme get this straight. A little baggy stunk up your room so bad that the RA HAD to come into your room and search it? Something isn't clicking for me here, maybe i did't thorougly read the story, i will re-read it, but...That just sounds strange.
