The 42nd annual Midwest Marijuana Harvest Festival is the weekend of Oct 5-7. Just wondering if anyone is going, or has gone, and what it is like.
It is in Madison Wisconsin. The big event is a parade on sunday that they use as a sort of civil obedience protest. Everyone is allowed to smoke a blunt or joint while walking in the parade (despite the police all the way down the parade route). Theres also bands and vendors and stuff like that too
