Hi I recently purchased a Samson meteor usb mic and after toying around with it I think I've come to the conclusion I'm either missing something or I have a faulty microphone With The gain set to 100 I can barely hear my voice when recording but there is alot of feedback and static along with the low volume voiceI have tried different software as well as other computers and keep running into the same issue, Can anyone help? Hmmm, it sounds like your not getting enough power on the microphone. Microphones need to have power added to them because the power they natively put out is too little. If it's a USB mic try contacting the manufacturer. Hope this helps!The Phriendly Stoner
