Micro growing help

    Hi, guys
     
    Can I put 150w HPS light into a box 12" x 12" x 20" (L x W x H ) ?  Or I can simply use CFL`s ?  The dimension of the box may vary only if it`s necessary, but not to much. The goals are not the quantity, but the quality.

    ok, i've understood.NOT. but how can I control the high or the growth itself ?  if i want to get just a simple bud...should I change the veg or flowering hours ? or ?
