  2. wow... how friggin convenient, a grow box built into your house : D however you will only be able to grow one plant and you will have to use Low Stress Training to keep it small in size but bud is bud and homegrown is the best. good luck

  3. Or does that window look brighter than your box! geeze! lol.. cool little starter box got somethin similar goin too =).. I have more construction ahead of me though .. cool stuff cant wait to see what ya pull out of it

  4. i think i might start some plants in there and i have 2 closets in that room too that are like 3x2.5x6 so i can grow them taller in there after

  5. Take some pics of your seelings and such when you get them all sprouted

  6. all right KB bring your camera over and will take some pics

  7. The spot is awesome, your friends will probably be sitting right on top of it without even knowing it's there. I only really have one thing to say and it's IMPORTANT. Get rid of that tin foil if that's what it is. Or even if it isn't. It's bad news especially if you hung it shiny side out because all those little crinkles are going to be reflecting the light at akward and sharp angles, creating "hot spots". Ever burnt ants with a magnifying glass? yeah, me too. It's best to use something painted flat white to diffuse and reflect the light evenly. It can create a bright ambient glow within the box that the plant can bask in. I've even read and heard about avoiding glossy or metallic paints. Stick with flat white paint if you use paint at all. A few cheap cans of spray paint and a little cardboard can accomplish big things for next to nothing out of pocket. As far as alternatives go, even using nothing at all would probably better for your plants than leaving that tin foil there.

If nothing else, just remember this. Knowledge now will save you a ton of money later. Plan out ahead of time what you may need to take care of your "baby" and research everything you buy BEFORE you buy it and for fuck sake make sure you need it in the first place. That last one was more of a note to self than anything. Oh and yes, spend the few extra bucks it takes on getting the good stuff because you're going to end up buying it later anyways. You'll just end up buying the generic off-brand shit first.

  8. Mylar is cool, try to stretch it a little more to get the crinkles out. Or do what Nugget said with the white. Once your babies start to grow, you won't be able to fit more than a plant or two in there, even with LST. Eh, that's all I got man. That's a pretty sweet spot for getting your babies started though. You have plenty of room for seedlings and clones to get ready to step into the real world.
