Hello ,this is my semi complete micro grow box I'm building in an attic storage room. It's 40 inches wide X 32 inches deep.It has nearly 6 ft of clearance on the extreme left side & slopes down sharply to 3 ft clearance on the right side.It can be separated into 3 shelf levels with universal pieces I've cut to divide the box when & how I want.

In the top left of the box an exhaust fan is mounted with some aluminum tape around it to seal air leaks.I have a central air vent on the right side capable of delivering dry heat when the humidity needs to be lowered during the flower cycle.I've cut the inlet hole for a pc fan in the extreme back, bottom right side of the box where you see the plastic bag.I intend to insulate around the frame then add plywood inside to make the grow area a complete insulated cube with no objects to block the light. But for now it's semi complete.

I have 14 Auto Flower seedlings from a mix pack from Short Stuff seeds as well as one White Domina feminized seedling.I'm going to flower the autos under a 150 w HPS and bush the Domina out to use for a mother plant for the next room.I also want to make some seeds from the auto mix for later use in a perpetual harvest routine for outdoors from late April to Early Nov.

I'm looking for any helpful tips on improving this grow box, as well as I'd like to know has anyone used auto flowers to get mini crops all summer long out doors?Like put out 30 the 1st week of May then 30 the 1st week of June etc. until you are harvesting every 30 days all summer?

  2. looks good so far. with a little work, you could have a very capable perpetual grow setup. just remember airflow and light blocking is key.

  3. Looks good. Just make sure you have enough ventilation as well as air flow in that grow area.

    Keep us updated.

  4. Here's a slide show that walks you into the storage room up to the semi complete grow cabinet.
