Michigan Marijuana Legalization Amendment (2012)

Discussion in 'Marijuana Legalization' started by iSmokeNews, Jun 30, 2012.

  1. The Michigan Marijuana Legalization Amendment may be on the November 6, 2012 statewide ballot in Michigan as an initiated constitutional amendment.
The measure would make marijuana legal for most adults age 21 and older. Specifically this means that adults (who have not been incarcerated) would be allowed to legally use, carry, cultivate, manufacture, acquire and sell marijuana. However, people would not be allowed to operate boats, aircraft, motor vehicles or dangerous/heavy machinery while using marijuana.
