This is great. I pray for him and hope he is able to overcome this. My first response was to chant him down but on further reflection i hope he can over come this. That's fucking stupid. I wonder how many people he's sent to jail for weed, how many lives he's ruined just for enjoying the fine herb. He's got a lot of fucking nerve to smoke weed while putting people in jail for it. What kind of coward won't stand up for their beliefs like that. If he enjoys marijuana, why doesn't he help in the fight for legalization, or give people charged with marijuana related crimes a break?
He is actually a family trial judge. I'm sure hes heard arguments on how one spouse shouldn't have custody bc of some sort of alleged drug abuse.
right now im deep in the court systems and I know a lot of people in the system, d/a, judges that from my dad and such, lawyers but most or at least half of them smoke herb, not like the user above is describing it, in CA most people in the the court system don't care much about cannabis and your chances of going to prison for a cannabis offence for using is very very low unless you are a fuck up and have many priors. Coke, Meth is what they care about. I love CA laws, I just went to my Pre Plea interview with a Probation offer and he asked me if do any drugs and I just listed what I have a rx too including cannabis and told him I smoke daily and he was fine with it and said I had everything together which was good he explained and said im glad that the cannabis is working out for you and started going off saying I was happy to do this interview with you, we don't see many people like you, mainly losers, drug addicts and more losers hahaha, was cool. I know other states hate weed but idk, ive been in cali since was a kid on the coast here.
