when i plug my 400w mh bulb into my intermatic digital timer rated for 1000w -15A when the timer activated my bulb wont ignite fully and just flicker. when i plug it into the power strip it starts right up(timer pluged directly into the wall). does anyone know what is wrong or if my timer is shot or whatnot??
