Mh bulb, noticed it was not on!

    Ok so an hour into one time it was not on. I unplugged and then it finally came on. Is this a bulb going bad or a ballast going bad? Thanks.

    maybe uve got a faulty timer

    sounds to me like a bulb my mom runs a 175w MH and hers did the same thing.... i put in a new bulb and it works fine now
