    Im just vibin on some mgmt right now baked. Ive never really seen anything about them on here. Whats up with that. ha Anyone listen to them?:smoking:

    I love MGMT. Became a fan ever since I saw them live and was pretty fucked up.

    I'm probably in minority but I actually like their album Congratulations more than Oracular Spectacular. "Siberian Breaks" especially. Their music is very creative.

    Love MGMT, been a fan for a while.


    The lyrics to this song were strangely depressing to me.

    I really like it don't get me wrong but the lyrics are depressing to me. It definitely resonates with young adults and shit though because there is that aspect of living fast and free and enjoying it, but I think the song kind of tries to open that negative side of the whole "YOLO" thing. It seems like they are trying to send a message to kids who are into that lifestyle that not there is a downside. Like, hey, if this is what you really want, this is how things are going to go. Maybe its talking about that age in which kids lose their innocence, and if you want to live free and stuff then you are sacrificing your childhood and possibly your life.

    I don't know, maybe I'm just too high. It's definitely a song about overdosing on drugs at a young age and living life the way you want.

    I like that its a cheery sounding song with a darker meaning.
