MFLB Warranty Feedback

  1. MFLB had slight problem, emailed the Magic Flight team, they request for some purchase details, a few snap shots of the problem and a few days later


    now to pack up the old MFLB, and ship it back to keep my warranty.

    it's not like you need another reason to get a MFLB if you haven't gotten one yet or thinking about getting one.

    make sure you get it from them direct or from one of their authorized sellers.

    Oh, and the new model reflected yet another improvement mod in the product. To me, that is the sign of a company that is ran by people who are truly passionate about their product
  2. Glad to see it went smoothly. Thinking about sending mine in for a replacement as well.
  3. What kind of purchase details did they ask? Because i bought my box from a freind and if i need to return mine then i should ask him if he has them..
  4. they wanted to know who i bought it from.

    i believe it to to make sure that they are providing warranty for their product and not a knock off reproduction.

  5. So would i be set if i were to say i got it from a smoke shop down my street haha?
  6. if your box has a valid serial.. why should they care who you got it from?
  7. Yeah, they only asked me for a serial and a picture of it.

    God i love my mflb so much...ive had it for like 3 days and vape bonging is the greatest thing ever invented.

    Ghetto vape adapter!(dam i could have made a milk vid..i forgot. owell about to go to the club to get some darth vader OG)
