MFLB not working?

    I bought an MFLB, it was working fine yesterday, but today there is a tiny rip on the side of the trench, is this why it isn't working great? I have charged both batteries, I insert one of the batterys and hold it in and I can see the orange flame, but when I put finely ground bud in it it still won't vaporize. You should be able to see some vapor, but it is clear that the ground up bud isn't getting heated up enough, what should I do? Should I clean the screen with isopropyl alcohol? This sucks, I have bud and I wanna be vaping not smoking from a pipe.

    :( that is a bummer man, yeah that would be the problem, the screen is essential, gotta be careful with it, what happened to rip it? As far as I know about mflb....if you damage it, then can fix it, if you send it back, otherwise if it was wrecked before you used it? They should replace it, supposed to be lifetime warranty....sounds like it worked for you in the beginning tho,

    sounds like it's time to ship it back to get fixed....goodluck!

    It's broken, send it in and they'll either fix it or just send you a new one.
