Metal or Wood?

  1. I know i'm going to get a fairly decent size storage cabinet for growing, around 60'' high, 30'' wide and a depth of 15''

The price for a metal one is abut $150-$170 at my local office depot, staples, office max, which also offer FREE shipping on this large item!! good for me!

But for that price, its a little steep for me, I want to spend more on the growing materials inside!
Wood is much cheaper than the metal storage cabinets, and the same size

I want to know if using wood would be okay? or metal? their both going to have mylar in them, but I dont know

    THANK YOU!

  2. think about your plant pumping gallons of water in the air for months, I would def go for the metal as its not pourus, will support more weight from the top, and be easier to sterilize between grows, As they say, the most important part of your house is your foundation. This is your foundation. lol

  3. Thanks man!!
I guess you did make a point! that point cost me $70!:(
