Hello everyone, long time lurker first time poster. After moving around to a state where the quality of weed is way lower than what I'm used to I've decided to give growing my own shit a shot.. Since it's my first grow I'm just gonna go ahead and start out with some bag seed, that way by the time I'm ready to shell out some cash on seeds of that good good I'll have some experience under my belt...or even be able to grow my OWN good shit heh.. As for lights I'm using 3 Clamp Lights with one desk lamp, all running 23w 5000k Natural Daylight CFLs. 5000k was the closest Spectrum to 6500k I could find, but I've heard the plants should be alright with it..anyone have experience with em? The Soil I'm using with this grow is....Miracle Grow Organic Choice with..mmm bout 30-40% perlite. I know people get the shit flamed outta' em for using Miracle Grow around the grower community, but its the best I got right now and its available locally.. As far as watering schedule I figure I'll give em water every three days or so..No nutes planned yet...figure I don't have to worry about it for while seeing as they're already in MG Soil. But any vet advice would be nice.. Germed my babies in a cup of water until the taproot started to breakthrough and then put them bout an inch into the soil yesterday. Inc pics

Warning growing is additive. I have grown for over 30+ years. A few good harvest will have you hooked. Buying seeds and high powered lights is addictive too. Spent thousands of dollars. That tiny sprout will end up being a great big stink tree in a few month. When you get a chance get some feminized seeds so you dont grow a male fore 2 months. Alright so last night I got drunk as fuck and decided to check on my baby..and nothing she was still chill in in the dirt. Solo in my druken state I decided to peel back just a bit of the soil to maybe give her an easier time. I passed out right after that but when I woke up this morning and checked on her a green lil' sprout was looking back at me! Woulda' took pics but I was nursing a gnarly hangover and didn't wanna be late. I'll be sure to take some when I make it to the crib.
Haha oh yeah I forgot. Look at that beautiful Lil' seedling! Edit: seriously though is the app fuckin' up for anyone else or does it just hate me?
