Anyone else here grilling for memorial day? I'm about to smoke a few bowls with my friend and head to grocery store to figure out what we're having. Unfortunately we'll be using his parents' propane grill, but I definitely prefer my charcoal grill. What are you guys making/eating for memorial day?
The great indoors? We've been grilling all weekend so far. Its been beautiful here in OR this weekend. We did BBQ chicken thighs and corn on the grill, which we've been working on the past two days (made a ton!) and going to throw some steak on there today. Ever since it started getting nice the grill has been fired up. Been doing a lot of burgers, ham steaks, sausages, and veggies (love that grilled spaghetti squash and roasted peppers!) All kinds of good stuff. I love to grill
