melatonin

  1. well since melatonin is a nighttime sleep aid, does it make you feel all warm and cozy at night? is there any room for abuse of melatonin or will it not make you feel a little buzz?
     
  2. lol...u can take Dramamine ( diphydriminate ) and trip but its not pleasant at all, never herd of abusing melatonin though
     
  3. ehhh...u dont really feel that different. ive taken it many times and done as much as 18mg. it can cause sometimes intense or lucid dreams, and it does make u kinda tired i guess. but some ppl say it makes u trip harder on acid , and they say it helps u open ur third eye. but idk about any of that, i still havnt tried it while trippin on anything except dxm, and i didnt notice any difference. but i do like it as sleep aid, and it could have some potential.
     
  4. Whenever I take melatonin I usually take between 3 and 20 mg and it just makes me feel really lazy and sluggish. I've heard if you take it with a lot of Vitamin B and Valerian root that you can have some very vivid dreams and that it encourages lucid dreaming but it won't make you trip while you are awake.

  6. exactly what everyone else has said other than popsson, gives some of the most intense dreams (good and bad) and the best sleep i could ever get and i wake up feeling fucking great
     
  7. Dremamine is not fun. I took 12 and sorta just sat there felt sleepy and sluggish.
     
  8. i only take melatonin to adjust to new sleeping schedules. If I smoke and take it, I feel like shit in the morning and it doesn't give any benefit to dream intensity. Don't bother trying to use it recreationally.
     
  9. its a natural substance derived from plants. i wouldnt try taking alot though. theres safer ways to get screwed up than sleeping pills? cuz my thinking is if u take a sleeping pill to get screwed up pretty much arent u just gonna sleep? just toke up and sleep u will have lucid dreams all night.

    It is ridiculous to attempt to abuse Melatonin.
    Use it to aid you in sleep and make your dreams more vivid. Nothing more.
