I can't stand my friends. How do I go about meeting new people? I go to class, but I never want to talk to anyone there...that probably doesn't help. How do you jump ship when your friends are lame? I don't know- sometimes I'm socially inept.
IMO, the best way to make friends is to see them almost on a daily basis. Why friends are easy to make at work/school. If you frequent the same coffee shop everyday and get to know people's names, you've made a friend, now just ask them if they want to hang out or something. Anytime I worked at a large company, making friends is almost automatic.
