First off I'm a noob at meditation, I half tried it for like 5 mins and failed. Anyways in light of my experiences on LSD being frighteningly similar to some experienced meditators experiences while meditating I really want to try meditation. I did some search on google for meditation and that but theres so many different types I have no idea where to start. Basically I just want to hear some experienced meditators that have tried a certain type of meditation and found it to be succesful and if they could link me or tell me how to do the technique. Also I wouldn't mind someone giving me some information on it all and why there are so many different types.
