Medicinal MJ in Arkansas

    There has been a lot of publicity down here concerning legalization of medicianal marijuana. I want to know why Arkansas? I thought this was the bible belt. I am real happy to overhear the buzz concerning this topic. I am new to the area and want to know why is this coming up now, here?
