Medicann Appointment Questions??

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by Budah_Man, Sep 14, 2009.

  1. What's going on fellow blades. I've been a member here for a long time, but usually just surf around the boards. However, I have an appointment at Medicann in Elk Grove, Ca tomorrow and have a couple questions.

To start things off I am getting my recommendation on the basis of chronic back pain. I have gone to my doctor for this problem and he has prescribed me 800mg Motrin and 10mg Flexeril, which is used to treat muscle spasms. I have all my records of this appointment and have the prescriptions and all the notes from my doctor that concern treating my back pain.

Alright now that the intro is over I had a couple questions on how the whole appointment process works with Medicann. Just wanted to know whats in store before I go to my appointment. Thanks for any help in advance.

  2. You will be fine. Just bring your medical records with you.

You will show up and fill out some paperwork and then wait and see the doctor and you will talk and she/he will probably examine your back a little or maybe not(mine did).

  3. Yes, you should qualify, and you have your paperwork, which is excellent. The process is very simple, you'll pay the fee, be seen by a doctor, either he or another employee will explain the laws and regulations you'll need to follow, and they'll give you a recommendation.

  4. Thanks for the help you guys. Haha, as goofy as it sounds I was a little nervous about how the whole thing is going to go, but from what I have read and heard it seems like they are really chill people and caring for their patients.
