thanks for visiting... please give input!Day 1 Im starting a grow journal so i can share with you my ups and downs (since im a noob there will probably be plenty of those.) and if you guys see that you can help me in any way please do! I picked up 2 cuttings from my dispensary and they have been home since 12/21/09. Lets meet the ladies. I have a Purple Erkle and Alaskan Thunder Fuck Medium- Dr. Earth Organic soil Lights- 1000HPS Nutes- Dr. Earth Organic veg. and herb. Temp.- 74f pH: 6.5 I converted my house suana into my grow room! Day 2 Learned a helpful hint on the forum today. Since i did not fill the pot all the way that the bottom of the plant is getting insaficiat light. in fear of transfering it again I just cut the pot. \t\t\t Watered the ATF it was getting dry and its almost ready to plant. The run off water was 6.5. \t\t\t\t \t\t\t Enjoy
Day 3 Today was a big day for ATF. I transferred it from starter pot to a 2 gallon pot. New soil pH is 6.5 and I mixed a little Dr. Earth Organic food into the soil. Room temp was 74 I Also watered Purple Erkle. This is going to be my first time watering it since it has been transferred. I use about 3/4 of a gallon that I pHed to 6.5. This should hold it off for a couple days. everythings looking great!
I like your choice of stains. I love me some Urkle but have never tried the Thunder fuck before. Looks good so far, keep it up.
Day 6 Both plants are still watered and do not need anything. I left them alone and let them do there thing. I Noticed that Purple erkle has a little bit of a gangster lean to it. It is growing towards the light which is making it grow kind at an angle.
Day 7 Today I noticed that purple erkle has a gangster lean and its growing towards the light. So i thought that today would be a good day to start a little LST (Low Stress Training). I bent over the main stem and and put a hook on it.
Day 8 Today I did a little more LST on the purple erkle and also a little bit on the ATF. Erkles stem is growing nice and its starting to wrap around the pot. I did the LST on the ATF just to try to get more light to the main stem and to the lower branches. I noticed a little white larva looking thing on a couple of the leafs and i found a organic soulution. I mixed one onion and 2 garlic gloves and 2 cups of water together in the blender and misted the plants. I think they are white flies or thrips. either way I heard that they both hate garlic.
