Medical Marijuana Passes In Ny State Assembly.

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by StonedScholar, Jun 5, 2013.

  1. Hey blades,
The assembly of the good ol' state of Ny finally passed a bill allowing for the therapeutic use of medical marijuana, however there are a dozen or so listed disease that they have defined as seriously ill, not to mention the numerous other regulations in the background. My question is, if passed in the senate, will doctors have discretion as to who and for what they can prescribe mmj to, or will there only be specific cases they can prescribe it for?

    Thanks blades.
