    Is medical marijuana legal in Washington State? For that matter is it legal in any part of the united states?

    I believe that 14 states have passed medical mj laws. However, the federal gov. doesn't recognize them. For a list of states with medical mj as well as mj laws in all states in the union, check out the NORML web site: www.norml.org

    There is gonna be an initiative passed to make it nearly the most minor of crimes, even below stuff like traffic violation to have pot on you.
