Hi I'm starting a new thread to start up the topic about medical marijuana in Florida. Ive started a Facebook page in support of it and i will be trying to keep people updated about whats going on with state laws. In florida it seems we have turned a blind eye that the times are changing and that people like all natural relief rather than being filled with chemicals! These restrictions on marijuana in florida have gone on for to long now its time to speak out and step forward and speak out about their experiences with the use of medical marijuana. i am well aware norml has me beat! I've been going to norml meetings for years i just thought it would be fun to give some links and make it easier for people to help out. There just doesn't seem to be any focus in florida to make marijuana legal for medical purposes. Norml is more focused on colorado, washington, and oregon at the time being! remember to smoke the vote on Nov.6!! happy smoking
depends on how the amendment is written it could be used as medicine in all ages just if you under 18 your parents will have to give consent just like any other prescriptions your kids get.
Lol sorry but down here the seniors don't need MMJ when Roxicodone floods the streets. No need for the devils lettuce. We'll be one of the last states trust me. Maybe Miami and Ft. Lauderdale but the rest of the state is like Bible belt as fuck.

There were ballot measures in both the state house and the state senate. Neither one was ever even voted on... Despite the fact that medicinal marijuana has an 82-90% approval rating in the state based on polls I have seen. Honestly it's only a matter of time until Florida realizes it isn't a battle worth waging.
