medical grow question

    when you go to the doctor and get a medical marijuana card does that mean you can buy weed from medical marijuana shops AND mean you can grow in your own house. or do you need a different card to grow marijuana in your house. and if anyone knows how many plants to people get to grow at a time cuz i have heard of a guy gettin to grow a total of 49 plants. he has a few mothers, 20 clones, 20 plants in harvest. that would be a good crop lol but i was wondering if anyone knew how you get a medical marijuana growing license. thanks for the help

    Well it varies state by state, but within the state the counties can adopt new rules.

    Judging from your profile your either from North carolina- which means your screwed- or your from nor cal which is where im from- and thats a good thing.

    i live in NC right now but i am prob goin 2 move to maine soon. i want to move to a legalized state.

    LOL good luck growing anywhere in the south, sorry that just seems really sketch and i wouldnt suggest it, but to each his own. Yes, your best bet is to move to a state that is legalized, or at least outta the south.

    Oregon has state wide law governing medical canibus. I know California has a screwed up set of laws that are county specific. I like that I can possess 1.5 pound per card anywhere in Oregon. I have 3 cards now, one for me and two for paitents.

    go to safeaccessnow.com. they have all the laws for every state there...
