Medical for Oregonians

    I really want to grow and not go to jail, i think we all do. I want to get a medical card, i live in Portland. Anyone familiar with oregon and medical cards? Is bi polor, adhd, and aspergers "branch of autism" valid reasons. If not how would i get a card?

    how would i start, would i just go to any doctor and say weed helps me cope with aspergers, helps me focus, and keeps me happy...
