I've read through the application for the Colorado MED badge and was curious if it is still possible to obtain it despite having been charged with a felony in the past. If you completed a program like probation to have it expunged from your record does that mean anything? Obviously would want to be completely honest with them but would this ruin the chance or is it still possible? Do you all know anyone who has done this? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
