Before the headbutt he was actually catching Mayweather with a few. And imo theres a big difference between launching yourself at somebody during an exchange and just completely landing a cheapshot when the referee OBVIOUSLY hadnt resume the match. The refree wasnt even looking at them, you can even see his confused face when he turns around and Ortiz is on the floor. He obviously did DQ Mayweather because his ass wouldve been in the middle of a huge dispute and get fired.

Ortiz got what he deserved it's boxing not head butting, the ref started the fight again and Ortiz wants to hug and kiss during a fight so he got knocked out. . . There is no argument to be made.

Touching gloves does not restart the fight. It is solely down to the ref who was clearly looking away and speaking to the timekeeping, confusing Ortiz.
