Well my plant is about 3 months old, its been in the flowering cycle for about a month now and i just wanna know if its taking so long because of my lighting? maybe not enough lights? Thanks
For a month in flower that looks about right. Yes, the reason it is long and lanky is the light. More light will get you shorter, more compact plants with denser buds.
CFL's & lots of them, or your best bet is HPS/MH-much better results with them, but CFL's can still do great grows
