So i am an avid alcoholic and bartender, and i was thinking about my ceasers while baked earlier on today. There is a good chunk of garnishes that go very well with ceasers (celery, pickeled asparagas, olives, onions, limes and lemmons, pickeled onions, pickeled anything really). So anyways, what about bacon? I think a decently crunchy peice of bacon would go remarkabley well with a ceaser, and it would be something different than the regular garnishes. Thoughts?
interesting, make one and try it out man. as long as the bacon isnt puttin grease in the drinks.. cook up some scallops wrapped in bacon, thatd be a crazy garnish i just do a pickle and a couple olives, we dont have much for garnishes where i work
damn. its been done before, and they added horseraddish. fuck i love ceasers, ill have to bring this shit to Edmonton. if only i had tobasco probably see how this tastes tomorrow
