But I simply cannot find what nutes I need for my DWC, when to change the water. When to add nutes when to check PH levels. etc.... also how do you make it so plants grow nice and tall with lots of yield? the Space is small. but the height room i grow them in is 7ft..

and honestly the only thing I know about the lighting situation is to have them 3 inches above the plant at all time. idk the wattage. nothing for this ... Idk whats going on with me but I really cant find my answers and I really hate making posts when It's probably in my face..

    Thank you everyone

p.s. i see people with 4 plants getting pounds. Wow. in the same space i have, just really tall plants 5ft

  2. Well if ur lookin for high yeilding tall plants ur going to need some nice light.... 7 ft grow room so id say 600 watt hid would be great but 400 would work to it also depends on the strain ur growing... you would need to change your water every 2 weeks dumping the old and putting new water with fresh nutes and check ph every day changing if needed and if u didnt kno ur also goin to need a air pump and air stones

  3. I do lucas formula in dwc.
You need to look for some grows by rumpleforeskin, the dude who made the "let's build a bubble bucket" thread. His shit is amazing and he explains it all beautifully there.

    What's your setup like?

  4. What is Lucas Formula, and how do I use it?

    http://forum.grasscity.com/do-yourself/121335-lets-build-bubble-bucket-*step-step*.html

read the entire thread... if you don't you will continue to ask questions... once you finish your set to grow... I've sent several people to read this... and they come back and always come back pros

Flora Series Bloom - Gro - Micro : The Hydro Source - Hydroponics Experts, Leaders in Environmentally Friendly Hydroponics

here's the nutrient page... per lucas you only need the micro and bloom... seven dollars a bottle, and they should get you threw one grow with a single plant... if you have more you'd have to do some math... but those are some pretty cheap prices on nutrients...

    good luck...

  5. still confused on the nutes -.-

  6. In addition to the above referenced links, here is a great one as well:

    Ask Lucas

This should answer 99% of all of your questions. I suggest grabbing the archived version however, and reading through it in full before you start. Much easier than going through nearly 50 pages of posts.

  7. Per gallon of water, add 8ml general hydroponics flora micro, and 16ml general hydroponics flora bloom.

    Adjust ph to 5.5-5.8.

Monitor ph and adjust it back down as it rises.
