   What is the maximum canopy surface area I could have with a 100 Watt HPS? How far from the canopy should it be?

   1-2 sqft. depends on the light 'footprint'. hang your hood 3-8" above the floor & measure the 'footprint.
   
   no more than 8 in. closer the better!!!
