Long ago in days of old ruled by knights and kings only to deceive....... Wait what was the question? A long time ago, think it was on the PS2 Then they made the movie.....wooof!!! I'm really high
It's the only one I played. My friend bought it as soon as it came out and lent it to me as soon as he finished it. I remember smoking a home made water bottle bong in my mom's basement at like 3AM and playing the game until the sun came up
I dont know why I keep messing up the quotes. Been using this site for almost 20 years and still keep doing it
Just the first game Think this was the Resident Evil Code Veronica era Bought a Japanese dream cast and Japanese versions of Code Veronica and Bio Hazard 2 (RE2) so I could play the game before the US release
If I remember correctly it was the transition to over the shoulder camera from pre rendered backgrounds and I was having a bit of a hard time with the free movement Many many deaths Mediocre gameplay
You should give Mafia a try Pretty good game Some game mechanic issues but the story was ok and the action was pretty good
Oh yea, definitely one of my favorite series of games MP 1-3 are gold and in their own ways. Some of, if not the best storytelling in any video game imo. Also some of the best shooting gameplay to go with it. This series also revolutionized the bullet time feature (slow-mo), they were the first to do it well and influenced many game developers to use that idea. I really like how there are tv shows playing on the TV in the levels that you can take the time to sit and watch if you feel like. It really adds to the atmosphere and immersion to the world it depicts. I've been playing Alan Wake 2 recently, which has the lead game director from the Max Payne series (Sam Lake). It's quite a bit of fun and has the similar and great story telling from Max Payne. It's a bit more horror focused, has detective investigation stuff with some Resident Evil vibes at times. It also basically has Max Payne in the game, but they call him Alex Casey. Alan Wake also has full motion video thrown into the game at moments with some of the best acting and voice acting I've seen in a video game. If you get a chance to check it out I recommend it.
