Whats the max amount of acetaminophen you can safely ingest at once? Because I enjoy taking tramadol and I'm really low on Ultram. However, I have a bunch of Ultracets, but ultracets have 325 mg's of acetaminophen per each 37.5 mg of tramadol (one pill). Thanks for the help.
I assure you that Paracetamol is the exact same thing as acetaminophen But be aware that any amount will cause liver damage (perhaps of small impact) but it accumulates over time. The amounts that this article discusses cause "major hepatotoxicity" which equates a fatal or near-fatal dose and does not represent the 'safe' dosage.
