Massachusetts MMJ Need help with info

    First question, it says i need proof of residency.  I moved in October, can i still get proof or do i have to wait a year?
     
    Can i go to any doctor for the physicians note?
     
    it also says that i have to have proof of condition, but i never went to the doctor because i was paranoid of them and other stuff.. Still am, so im in a pickle. 
     
    Please go easy on me.
