Mashed potatoes

  1. Nah, no skins for me.

    We used to make red skin mashed in the restaurant and left the skins on.

    Now if I was to doctor up my mashed tatars. I would them make some twice baked tatars.

    But for reg mash..cream, butter, salt, pepper...Is what I like.
