This is what I started with. A COSTCO 10'x20' canopy tent frame. The sun deteriorates the tarp material and then the wind just rips it up. So we buy one every couple years and just use the new tarp over the old frame. That leaves me with extra frame to do something with. So why not a greenhouse? This is the first section. I only used part of the frame to assemble a 10'x7' green house. I bought rolls of 6mil plastic. But I soon discovered, when you grow weed, something just gets into ya and everything you do is planned around growing weed. Everytime I see a new piece of property I start imagining how I would grow weed there. Anytime I consider where I want to move to, it has to be someplace where I'll have room to grow weed. Anytime I have to go somewhere, I gotta plan around my watering schedule and wonder how thick the bugs are getting. It's like a pleasant obsession. So naturally, I upped my footprint and added another section of the frame. That made it 10'x14'. It was good for a couple years, then the bug bit me again. So this year I'll up my game and double my footprint again. This worked out to be approximately 14x18. Next time I'll have to bust up the patio if I want more room. After that I'm gonna be shit outta luck till I wind up on some acreage. It's been a long hard project. It's pretty difficult to get up and down the ladder, bending, stooping, twisting. I had to wait for breaks between hurricanes. Downpours and 40-60 mph winds. The sheep wire is buried shovel deep, (about a foot) and it doesn't show in the picture but there is sheep wire on the top as well. Now that the roof is "flatter" the plastic will need support from collecting rain water. I'm also hoping it will brace against the wind a little, too. My goal is 8 to 10 pounds if I go at it seriously.
